Where are you located?
Cutting Desk Productions is based in Miami. While we primarily serve South Florida including the Florida Keys, Naples, and Marco Island we are fully equipped for travel and frequently document destination weddings both across the country and internationally.
Do you only film weddings?
While weddings are the heart of what we do, our expertise in storytelling extends further. Through our parent brand, we also produce high-end commercial content, corporate brand films, and event coverage. We love bringing a cinematic perspective to all types of stories.
What is your filming style?
We focus on intentional storytelling. Rather than just recording the day chronologically, we look for the emotional "beats" and authentic energy unique to your relationship. Our goal is to create a film that feels like a piece of family history, not just a highlight reel.
Can we meet in person to discuss our wedding?
Absolutely. While many of our couples prefer the convenience of a Zoom or phone consult, I’m always happy to meet in person. Whether it’s over coffee in Miami or elsewhere in South Florida, a face to face meeting is a great way to ensure we’re a perfect creative match.
Who will be filming our wedding?
As Creative Director, I am deeply involved in the vision for every project. Depending on the date and your specific collection, I am either personally behind the lens or guiding our talented team of cinematographers who are trained in the Cutting Desk Productions aesthetic. I personally oversee the creative vision and final edit of every film we produce.
What deliverables do you offer?
While every couple’s needs are unique, our most popular collections include a Cinematic Highlight Film or a Feature Film that provides a more immersive look at the day. We also offer specialized edits for social media, full ceremony recordings, and multi-day coverage for destination weekend events.
How long does it take to receive our films?
To ensure every film meets the high standard of storytelling I’ve refined over the last 14 years, our typical edit turnaround is 4-10 weeks . Quality and intentionality in the edit take time; your memories deserve that level of care.
How do you deliver the films?
Your final films are delivered via a private, high-definition digital gallery. From there, you can stream your films on any device, download them in full resolution for safekeeping, and easily share the link with family and friends anywhere in the world.
